BeSafe® iZi Modular X1 i-Size Car Seat - Sea Green Melange color

The BeSafe iZi Modular X1 i-Size is the updated version of the functional iZi Modular i-Size child seat and, like its predecessor, it is installed using the iZi Modular i-Size ISOfix base, which is sold separately.

Important: to install the BeSafe iZi Modular X1 i-Size car seat in a vehicle, you must have the BeSafe iZi Modular ISOfix base, which is sold separately.

The BeSafe iZi Modular X1 i-Size features 3 new functions:

1. Dynamic Force Absorber™ – the new headrest system takes side-impact protection to a new level
2. The additional side-impact protection SIP+ is now designed with a slide-on construction for quick and secure attachment to the car seat.
3. Ergo-Move Shoulder Pads™ were developed based on research by specialists at the German association AGR, which focuses on back health and prevention, providing the child with extra room for arm movement.

Gentle protection that acts like a trampoline

Thanks to the Dynamic Force Absorber™, the iZi Modular X1 i-Size features a new and state-of-the-art solution in the headrest, which provides optimal protection for the most vulnerable parts of a child's body. The headrest is made of special materials and consists of a structure of different flexible zones that optimally absorb forces during a side impact by flexing in the inner area, while remaining stiffer in the outer zones.

Highlight #2: One-click installation on the ISOfix base
With adjustable legroom

The iZi Modular i-Size ISOfix base features adjustable legroom. The adjustable front brace can provide more space for legs when the child is older, and conversely, allow the car seat to take up less space in the vehicle when the child is still small.
The ability to detach the car seat from the ISOfix base allows you not only to use the same base for another car seat from the iZi Modular concept, but also to easily move the car seat and ISOfix base between cars in seconds.

Highlight #3: Ergo-Move Shoulder Pads™
Room for more movement

Based on recommendations from the German association AGR (Aktion Gesunder Rücken), which focuses on back health and prevention, we developed our new soft and comfortable Ergo-Move Shoulder Pads™. They have a thinner design and an extra curve where the child's shoulders are, which gives the child extra room for arm movement.

Highlight #4: Two-Fit Cushion™
Comfort for every age

Consisting of two separate parts, made of soft material while providing the necessary support, the Two-Fit Cushions™ allow you to adjust it to ensure maximum comfort for every child. Two-Fit Cushions™ provide young children with extra softness and stability when transitioning from an infant car seat to a toddler seat.
The two independent parts of the cushion, which can be removed separately, allow parents to optimally adjust the seating position and harness placement for their child.
It is recommended that the Two-Fit Cushions™ be removed when the child turns 2 years old, but of course, it can be removed earlier or left in longer, depending on the child's height.
