Delivery methods

All items successfully ordered from the website are in stock and are dispatched immediately on business days until 5:00 PM, with delivery on the next business day. For small towns and villages, delivery may take two business days. For Sofia, same-day delivery is possible at no extra courier charge.

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out by the courier company SPEEDY to an office or to a delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery is free for orders over 100 BGN.

In case of circumstances beyond our control or a system error, MAMS.BG reserves the right to cancel the order or extend the delivery period by up to 3 business days, informing the User in a timely manner. MAMS.BG is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including when they have provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number.

The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier and to notify immediately of any established discrepancies, shortages, or damages. If the User does not do so, it is assumed that the delivery is accepted without objection.
